Every morning you find a riot of delicacies (which in Romagna we call luverie): tarts, muffins, donuts, brioche, pancakes, homemade cakes... What goodness!
Prefer to start off with more grit? Choose the savoury breakfast: mixed cold cuts, cheese, bacon and eggs.
Genuine and above all good cuisine
The traditions of Romagna are always well rooted in us, but we also like to renew our dishes and propose new ones every year.
The raw materials we use come mainly from our land and our farmers so as to guarantee authenticity and low environmental impact. You can always choose from 3 meat, fish or vegetarian menus accompanied by appetisers and fresh vegetables. You will leave the table satisfied and with a full belly, guaranteed!
The evening

Every Thursday evening participate in our Romagna evening: discover and taste the best products of our land.
But above all you witness the show cooking in which our azdora Frida will tell you the recipe and the process to make piadina romagnola, kneading and cooking live. And at the end of course tasting for everyone!
At Jole, no one ever has to go without dishes: on request, we make complete menus with specific products gluten-freefrom rusks to biscuits, bread, pasta, cakes, or menus for other intolerances.
To organise everything in the best possible way, all you need to do is communicating one's needs during the booking of your stay: in this way we can agree on the products that can be provided by the hotel and find the most suitable solution together.
